Daily Show Floor Checklist
Morning (Before Doors Open)
- Team huddle: review yesterday's results, set today's targets
- Tidy booth: restock materials, charge devices, clear clutter
- Review scheduled meetings for the day
- Check social media for show hashtag activity and engage
During Show Hours
- Staff positioned in front of booth, not behind tables
- Engage passing attendees with questions, not pitches
- Capture every lead digitally with Scannly or similar tool
- Rate leads immediately: hot, warm, or informational
- Rotate staff every 2 hours to maintain energy
- Walk the floor during slow periods — study competitors, network
- Attend at least one educational session per day
Evening
- Quick team debrief: wins, challenges, adjustments for tomorrow
- Send same-day follow-up to hot leads
- Post social media recap of the day
- Attend evening networking events
