Setup Day Checklist

• Arrive at the venue at the earliest setup time available
• Verify all shipped materials have arrived and inspect for damage
• Assemble booth structure according to your installation plan
• Install graphics, signage, and lighting — check visibility from the aisle
• Set up technology: monitors, tablets, demo stations, power connections
• Arrange furniture for natural conversation flow
• Test all electrical connections and internet access
• Place literature, giveaways, and business cards
• Walk the aisle and view your booth from the attendee's perspective
• Take photos of the completed booth for social media and future reference
• Do a dry run of your product demonstration
• Confirm team schedule and distribute show-floor communications plan
