Teardown Checklist
- Wait for official teardown signal — early dismantling may violate your contract
- Photograph the booth from multiple angles before disassembly
- Pack high-value items first: monitors, tablets, product samples
- Label all crates and boxes clearly with return shipping addresses
- Disassemble booth structure in reverse order of assembly
- Inspect all components for damage and note for insurance if needed
- Arrange freight pickup or deliver to show's shipping area
- Clean your space — venues may charge for excessive debris
- Collect all remaining materials, giveaways, and personal items
- Confirm shipping tracking numbers before leaving the venue
