The trade show industry generates over $100 billion annually, yet reliable information about individual events is scattered across dozens of websites, outdated directories, and word of mouth.

We built ShowFloorTips to centralize that information into one searchable platform. Every trade show listing includes venue details, estimated booth costs, nearby hotels, industry categories, and historical attendance data when available. Our goal is to make trade show research as simple as searching for a flight.

Show organizers can claim and manage their own listings through our verified organizer portal, ensuring their event details stay accurate. Every listing is reviewed before publication.

We do not fabricate attendance numbers or booth costs. Where official data is not available, we clearly indicate estimates based on venue capacity, industry benchmarks, and historical patterns. Transparency is a core value. If we do not have the data, we say so.
