About EAF Expo 2027

EAF Expo 2027 is an education trade show expected to take place January 23, 2027 at Centro Costa Salguero in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is a one-day event on a Saturday. With about 15 weeks to go, exhibitors still have time to order booth services and book hotels at reasonable rates.

Shows like this one typically draw teachers, school and university administrators, district buyers, librarians, edtech and training professionals. We have not been able to confirm an official website for this show yet, so contact the organizer before making any plans.

What to expect at EAF Expo 2027

Education shows pair learning sessions with an exhibit hall. Visitors look for tools that save time and fit budgets, and many are gathering information for decisions made later by committees.

With a single day on the floor, every hour counts: arrive early, keep breaks short and in shifts so the booth is never empty, and book any important meetings before the doors open. Expect most visitors to be teachers and their colleagues, often with a short list of suppliers they want to see.

How exhibitors should prepare for EAF Expo 2027

Here is a working timeline counted back from the opening day, January 23, 2027 (expected date, so adjust once it is confirmed):

1. 16 weeks before (Oct 3, 2026) · date passed, do it now if you haven't
Confirm your booth space and read the exhibitor manual. Book hotels near Centro Costa Salguero while rates are still normal.
2. 8 weeks before (Nov 28, 2026)
Order booth services (power, internet, furniture, cleaning) before the early-rate deadlines, and send graphics to print.
3. 4 weeks before (Dec 26, 2026)
Ship freight to the advance warehouse if the organizer offers one. Book meetings with the visitors you most want to see. Set up lead capture and train the team on it.
4. One week before (Jan 16, 2027)
Confirm freight arrived, share the staffing schedule, charge every device, and test your lead capture app with Wi-Fi turned off.

Preparation tips for education shows

• Know how schools in the show's region buy: budget cycles, purchasing rules and approved vendor lists.
• Bring classroom examples and short case studies from similar schools.
• Offer a free trial or pilot that a teacher can start without a long approval process.

Booth tips for EAF Expo 2027

• Show how the product works in a real lesson or workflow, not just its features.
• Ask about the visitor's role and who makes the buying decision.
• Have simple handouts or links teachers can share with colleagues.
• Walk the hall at Centro Costa Salguero during move-in to see which entrances and aisles carry the most traffic, and set up your booth so it faces that flow.
• Give every person on the booth a clear role (greeting, demos, qualifying) so nobody waits for someone else to start a conversation.
• If you expect local buyers in Argentina, bring key material in the local language as well as English, and have prices ready in the local currency.
• Capture every conversation the moment it ends: scan the badge or card, add a one-line note about what the visitor needs, and rate the lead hot, warm or cold. Notes written that evening are already half forgotten.

Following up leads after EAF Expo 2027

Most of the value of a trade show is created after it closes. School purchases follow budget years, so note when the visitor plans and follow up before that window.

1. Within 24 hours (by Jan 24, 2027)
Send a short personal email to every hot lead. Mention one detail from your conversation so they remember you.
2. By Jan 26, 2027
Send everything you promised at the booth: prices, samples, demo links. Log each lead in your CRM with its rating and notes.
3. By Feb 6, 2027
Make a second, useful touch: a case study, a short video or an answer to the question they asked. Warm leads often reply to this one.
4. By Feb 22, 2027
Review results: how many leads became meetings, what each lead cost, and whether EAF Expo 2027 is worth returning to.
