   Ship freight to the advance warehouse if the organizer offers one. Book meetings with the visitors you most want to see. Set up lead capture and train the team on it.
4. One week before (Oct 7, 2027)
   Confirm freight arrived, share the staffing schedule, charge every device, and test your lead capture app with Wi-Fi turned off.

• Prepare rates, availability and commission details for buyers who ask on the spot.
• Bring visual material about the destination or property in a digital format.

Booth tips for ET 2027

• Keep meetings on schedule; buyers often have their next appointment minutes later.
• Ask what markets and client types the buyer serves.
• Make it easy to save your contact and your offer digitally.

Following up leads after ET 2027

4. By Nov 13, 2027
   Review results: how many leads became meetings, what each lead cost, and whether ET 2027 is worth returning to.

Getting to Helsinki

Helsinki Airport (HEL) connects to the city by train. Messukeskus, the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, is in Pasila next to the train station.
