• Have certifications and sustainability documentation ready.
• Know minimum order quantities and lead times for each line.

Booth tips for Fiber Workshop

• Let buyers handle fabrics; arrange samples so they are easy to touch.
• Ask what product the buyer is developing and for which season.
• Record sample requests carefully; sending the right swatches is the follow-up.

Getting to Milan

Milan is served by Malpensa (MXP), Linate (LIN) and Bergamo (BGY). Fiera Milano in Rho is on metro line M1 (Rho Fieramilano station) and has a rail station. Hotels fill early during major fairs. Italy is in the Schengen area; check whether you need a Schengen visa.
