4. One week before (Jan 26, 2027)
   Confirm freight arrived, share the staffing schedule, charge every device, and test your lead capture app with Wi-Fi turned off.

• Plan outdoor display needs, weather protection and machinery transport early.
• Bring field results, yield data or customer stories from farms similar to the visitors'.
• Know your dealer network and service coverage by region.

• Talk results first: yield, cost per acre or hours saved.
• Ask about farm size, crops or livestock to qualify quickly.
• Have shade, water and seating; long show days outdoors are tiring for visitors and staff.
• Walk the hall at Georgia World Congress Center during move-in to see which entrances and aisles carry the most traffic, and set up your booth so it faces that flow.
• Plan shifts of three to four hours. Standing and talking for three days wears people out, and tired staff let good leads walk past.

Following up leads after IPPE 2027

Most of the value of a trade show is created after it closes. Farm purchases follow the season, so time your follow-up to planting, harvest or budget periods.

1. Within 24 hours (by Feb 5, 2027)
   Send a short personal email to every hot lead. Mention one detail from your conversation so they remember you.
2. By Feb 7, 2027
   Send everything you promised at the booth: prices, samples, demo links. Log each lead in your CRM with its rating and notes.
3. By Feb 18, 2027
   Make a second, useful touch: a case study, a short video or an answer to the question they asked. Warm leads often reply to this one.
4. By Mar 6, 2027
   Review results: how many leads became meetings, what each lead cost, and whether IPPE 2027 is worth returning to.

Getting to Atlanta

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) connects to downtown by MARTA rail in about 20 minutes. The Georgia World Congress Center is downtown, close to many hotels. International visitors should check whether they need a visa or an ESTA before booking travel.
