   Confirm freight arrived, share the staffing schedule, charge every device, and test your lead capture app with Wi-Fi turned off.

• Check in-water or outdoor display rules and deadlines if you show vessels or large equipment.
• Bring certifications and class approvals relevant to your products.
• Prepare for international visitors with clear contact routes for each region.

Booth tips for MMC 2027

• Show equipment working or use models and video for large systems.
• Ask about fleet size, vessel types and upcoming refits or newbuilds.
• Keep technical documentation ready for engineers.
• Walk the hall at Centro de Convenciones de Costa Rica during move-in to see which entrances and aisles carry the most traffic, and set up your booth so it faces that flow.
• Plan shifts of three to four hours. Standing and talking for four days wears people out, and tired staff let good leads walk past.

   Make a second, useful touch: a case study, a short video or an answer to the question they asked. Warm leads often reply to this one.
4. By Feb 25, 2027
   Review results: how many leads became meetings, what each lead cost, and whether MMC 2027 is worth returning to.
