• Bring classroom examples and short case studies from similar schools.
• Offer a free trial or pilot that a teacher can start without a long approval process.

• Show how the product works in a real lesson or workflow, not just its features.
• Ask about the visitor's role and who makes the buying decision.
• Have simple handouts or links teachers can share with colleagues.

   Make a second, useful touch: a case study, a short video or an answer to the question they asked. Warm leads often reply to this one.
4. By Feb 25, 2027
   Review results: how many leads became meetings, what each lead cost, and whether NextGen Classroom is worth returning to.
