• Check which days are trade-only and which are public, and plan staffing and goals for each.
• Bring seasonal order forms and know your delivery windows; retail buyers plan a season ahead.
• Prepare demo gear and spare stock, since hands-on trials wear products out.

Booth tips for SCS 2027

• Let visitors try the product; demos convert much better than displays in this category.
• Separate trade buyers from consumers with one question early in the conversation.
• Use photos and short videos of the product in real use.
• Walk the hall at Enercare Centre during move-in to see which entrances and aisles carry the most traffic, and set up your booth so it faces that flow.
• Plan shifts of three to four hours. Standing and talking for three days wears people out, and tired staff let good leads walk past.

   Review results: how many leads became meetings, what each lead cost, and whether SCS 2027 is worth returning to.

Getting to Toronto

Toronto Pearson (YYZ) connects to Union Station by the UP Express in about 25 minutes; Billy Bishop (YTZ) is downtown. Major venues include the Metro Toronto Convention Centre downtown, the Enercare Centre and the Toronto Congress Centre near Pearson. Visitors from visa-exempt countries usually need an eTA to fly to Canada.
