4. One week before (Apr 4, 2027)
   Confirm freight arrived, share the staffing schedule, charge every device, and test your lead capture app with Wi-Fi turned off.

Following up leads after TFX 2026

Most of the value of a trade show is created after it closes. Operators run long evaluations, so propose a trial or proof of concept as the next step.

   Send a short personal email to every hot lead, mentioning one detail from your conversation.
2. Within 3 days
   Send what you promised at the booth and log every lead in your CRM with its rating and notes.
3. After two weeks
   Make a second, useful touch: a case study, a short video or an answer to their question.
4. After a month
   Review results: meetings booked, cost per lead, and whether the show is worth repeating.

Getting to Seoul

Incheon International Airport (ICN) connects to Seoul by the AREX train; Gimpo (GMP) is closer to the city. COEX is in Gangnam at Samseong station, and KINTEX is in Goyang, north-west of Seoul.
