Arts and entertainment events mix creative and technical audiences. Expect networking-heavy days, showcases and performances, and visitors who value portfolios and live examples over brochures.

Over three days, traffic usually peaks on the first two days and thins out on the last one. The quieter final day is a good time for longer conversations, visiting other stands and meeting suppliers. Expect most visitors to be producers and their colleagues, often with a short list of suppliers they want to see.

3. 4 weeks before (Dec 10, 2026)
   Ship freight to the advance warehouse if the organizer offers one. Book meetings with the visitors you most want to see. Set up lead capture and train the team on it.
4. One week before (Dec 31, 2026)
   Confirm freight arrived, share the staffing schedule, charge every device, and test your lead capture app with Wi-Fi turned off.

Preparation tips for arts and entertainment shows

• Prepare a short reel or portfolio that plays without sound; exhibit halls are loud.
• Schedule meetings with venues, promoters or buyers ahead of time.
• Check rights and licensing for any music or video you plan to play at the booth.

Booth tips for Theater Edge

• Show work, not slides: screens, samples or a live demonstration.
• Ask what the visitor is producing next and when.
• Have a simple way to share your portfolio digitally after the conversation.
• Walk the hall at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre during move-in to see which entrances and aisles carry the most traffic, and set up your booth so it faces that flow.
• Plan shifts of three to four hours. Standing and talking for three days wears people out, and tired staff let good leads walk past.

   Send everything you promised at the booth: prices, samples, demo links. Log each lead in your CRM with its rating and notes.

   Make a second, useful touch: a case study, a short video or an answer to the question they asked. Warm leads often reply to this one.
4. By Feb 8, 2027
   Review results: how many leads became meetings, what each lead cost, and whether Theater Edge is worth returning to.

Getting to Singapore

Changi Airport (SIN) is well connected by the MRT. Singapore EXPO is close to the airport at Expo MRT station, while Marina Bay Sands Expo and Suntec Singapore are in the city center. Taxis and ride-hailing are easy to find.
