• Know how schools in the show's region buy: budget cycles, purchasing rules and approved vendor lists.
• Bring classroom examples and short case studies from similar schools.
• Offer a free trial or pilot that a teacher can start without a long approval process.

Booth tips for University Hackathon

• Show how the product works in a real lesson or workflow, not just its features.
• Ask about the visitor's role and who makes the buying decision.
• Have simple handouts or links teachers can share with colleagues.
• Walk the hall at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center during move-in to see which entrances and aisles carry the most traffic, and set up your booth so it faces that flow.

   Send everything you promised at the booth: prices, samples, demo links. Log each lead in your CRM with its rating and notes.

   Make a second, useful touch: a case study, a short video or an answer to the question they asked. Warm leads often reply to this one.
4. By Aug 17, 2027
   Review results: how many leads became meetings, what each lead cost, and whether University Hackathon is worth returning to.

Getting to Taipei

Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) is linked to Taipei by the Airport MRT; Songshan (TSA) is in the city. The Nangang Exhibition Center has its own MRT station, and the Taipei World Trade Center is near Taipei 101.
