About AGS Expo 2027

AGS Expo 2027 is an agriculture trade show expected to take place September 24–25, 2027 at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It runs for two days, opening on Friday and closing on Saturday. With more than 11 months to go, there is time to plan the booth, the budget and the meetings properly.

Shows like this one typically draw farmers, growers, cooperatives, agronomists, equipment dealers and agribusiness buyers. We have not been able to confirm an official website for this show yet, so contact the organizer before making any plans.

What to expect at AGS Expo 2027

Agriculture shows are practical and often seasonal, with large outdoor displays, machinery and livestock or crop sections. Visitors are direct, value proof in the field, and often travel long distances to attend.

Two days go by quickly. Book your most important meetings for the first morning, when visitors are fresh, and keep the second afternoon for follow-up conversations at the booth. Expect most visitors to be farmers and their colleagues, often with a short list of suppliers they want to see.

How exhibitors should prepare for AGS Expo 2027

Here is a working timeline counted back from the opening day, September 24, 2027 (expected date, so adjust once it is confirmed):

1. 16 weeks before (Jun 4, 2027)
Confirm your booth space and read the exhibitor manual. Book hotels near Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) while rates are still normal.
2. 8 weeks before (Jul 30, 2027)
Order booth services (power, internet, furniture, cleaning) before the early-rate deadlines, and send graphics to print.
3. 4 weeks before (Aug 27, 2027)
Ship freight to the advance warehouse if the organizer offers one. Book meetings with the visitors you most want to see. Set up lead capture and train the team on it.
4. One week before (Sep 17, 2027)
Confirm freight arrived, share the staffing schedule, charge every device, and test your lead capture app with Wi-Fi turned off.

Preparation tips for agriculture shows

• Plan outdoor display needs, weather protection and machinery transport early.
• Bring field results, yield data or customer stories from farms similar to the visitors'.
• Know your dealer network and service coverage by region.

Booth tips for AGS Expo 2027

• Talk results first: yield, cost per acre or hours saved.
• Ask about farm size, crops or livestock to qualify quickly.
• Have shade, water and seating; long show days outdoors are tiring for visitors and staff.
• Walk the hall at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) during move-in to see which entrances and aisles carry the most traffic, and set up your booth so it faces that flow.
• Give every person on the booth a clear role (greeting, demos, qualifying) so nobody waits for someone else to start a conversation.
• If you expect local buyers in United Arab Emirates, bring key material in the local language as well as English, and have prices ready in the local currency.
• Capture every conversation the moment it ends: scan the badge or card, add a one-line note about what the visitor needs, and rate the lead hot, warm or cold. Notes written that evening are already half forgotten.

Following up leads after AGS Expo 2027

Most of the value of a trade show is created after it closes. Farm purchases follow the season, so time your follow-up to planting, harvest or budget periods.

1. Within 24 hours (by Sep 26, 2027)
Send a short personal email to every hot lead. Mention one detail from your conversation so they remember you.
2. By Sep 28, 2027
Send everything you promised at the booth: prices, samples, demo links. Log each lead in your CRM with its rating and notes.
3. By Oct 9, 2027
Make a second, useful touch: a case study, a short video or an answer to the question they asked. Warm leads often reply to this one.
4. By Oct 25, 2027
Review results: how many leads became meetings, what each lead cost, and whether AGS Expo 2027 is worth returning to.
