About Cannafest Prague 2026

Cannafest Prague 2026 is an agriculture industry event taking place November 6–8, 2026 at PVA EXPO PRAHA in Prague, Czech Republic. It runs for three days, opening on Friday and closing on Sunday. That is only 28 days away, so most planning deadlines have already passed; focus on travel, staffing and lead capture.

Shows like this one typically draw farmers, growers, cooperatives, agronomists, equipment dealers and agribusiness buyers. For registration, exhibitor packages and the floor plan, go to the official website, cannafest.com.

What to expect at Cannafest Prague 2026

Agriculture shows are practical and often seasonal, with large outdoor displays, machinery and livestock or crop sections. Visitors are direct, value proof in the field, and often travel long distances to attend.

Over three days, traffic usually peaks on the first two days and thins out on the last one. The quieter final day is a good time for longer conversations, visiting other stands and meeting suppliers. Expect most visitors to be farmers and their colleagues, often with a short list of suppliers they want to see.

Preparation tips for agriculture shows

• Plan outdoor display needs, weather protection and machinery transport early.
• Bring field results, yield data or customer stories from farms similar to the visitors'.
• Know your dealer network and service coverage by region.

Booth tips for Cannafest Prague 2026

• Talk results first: yield, cost per acre or hours saved.
• Ask about farm size, crops or livestock to qualify quickly.
• Have shade, water and seating; long show days outdoors are tiring for visitors and staff.
• Walk the hall at PVA EXPO PRAHA during move-in to see which entrances and aisles carry the most traffic, and set up your booth so it faces that flow.
• Plan shifts of three to four hours. Standing and talking for three days wears people out, and tired staff let good leads walk past.
• If you expect local buyers in Czech Republic, bring key material in the local language as well as English, and have prices ready in the local currency.
• Capture every conversation the moment it ends: scan the badge or card, add a one-line note about what the visitor needs, and rate the lead hot, warm or cold. Notes written that evening are already half forgotten.
