About SuperAI Conference 2027

SuperAI Conference 2027 is a technology conference expected to take place June 16, 2027 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, Singapore. It is a one-day event on a Wednesday. With more than 8 months to go, there is time to plan the booth, the budget and the meetings properly.

Shows like this one typically draw IT leaders, engineers, product managers, founders, channel partners and technology buyers. For registration, exhibitor packages and the floor plan, go to the official website, superai.com.

What to expect at SuperAI Conference 2027

Technology shows move fast and reward clear demos. Visitors are technical, skeptical of buzzwords, and often attend with a list of problems they want solved. Expect deep questions at the booth and a strong pull toward live product walkthroughs.

With a single day on the floor, every hour counts: arrive early, keep breaks short and in shifts so the booth is never empty, and book any important meetings before the doors open. Expect most visitors to be IT leaders and their colleagues, often with a short list of suppliers they want to see.

How exhibitors should prepare for SuperAI Conference 2027

Here is a working timeline counted back from the opening day, June 16, 2027 (expected date, so adjust once it is confirmed):

1. 16 weeks before (Feb 24, 2027)
Confirm your booth space and read the exhibitor manual. Book hotels near Marina Bay Sands while rates are still normal.
2. 8 weeks before (Apr 21, 2027)
Order booth services (power, internet, furniture, cleaning) before the early-rate deadlines, and send graphics to print.
3. 4 weeks before (May 19, 2027)
Ship freight to the advance warehouse if the organizer offers one. Book meetings with the visitors you most want to see. Set up lead capture and train the team on it.
4. One week before (Jun 9, 2027)
Confirm freight arrived, share the staffing schedule, charge every device, and test your lead capture app with Wi-Fi turned off.

Preparation tips for technology shows

• Prepare a two-minute demo that works offline; venue Wi-Fi at large tech shows is crowded and unreliable.
• Book meetings with target accounts two to four weeks out, since decision makers fill their calendars before they arrive.
• Have a technical teammate on every shift so detailed questions do not end the conversation.

Booth tips for SuperAI Conference 2027

• Lead with the problem you solve in plain words, then show the product; feature lists alone do not stop technical visitors.
• Run demos on a large screen facing the aisle so a small crowd can watch while one person drives.
• Note the visitor's current tools and timeline with each lead; those two details shape the whole follow-up.
• Walk the hall at Marina Bay Sands during move-in to see which entrances and aisles carry the most traffic, and set up your booth so it faces that flow.
• Give every person on the booth a clear role (greeting, demos, qualifying) so nobody waits for someone else to start a conversation.
• Capture every conversation the moment it ends: scan the badge or card, add a one-line note about what the visitor needs, and rate the lead hot, warm or cold. Notes written that evening are already half forgotten.

Following up leads after SuperAI Conference 2027

Most of the value of a trade show is created after it closes. Tech buyers usually involve several people, so send material they can forward internally: a short summary, a demo recording and a clear next step.

1. Within 24 hours (by Jun 17, 2027)
Send a short personal email to every hot lead. Mention one detail from your conversation so they remember you.
2. By Jun 19, 2027
Send everything you promised at the booth: prices, samples, demo links. Log each lead in your CRM with its rating and notes.
3. By Jun 30, 2027
Make a second, useful touch: a case study, a short video or an answer to the question they asked. Warm leads often reply to this one.
4. By Jul 16, 2027
Review results: how many leads became meetings, what each lead cost, and whether SuperAI Conference 2027 is worth returning to.
