4. One week before (Aug 1, 2027)
   Confirm freight arrived, share the staffing schedule, charge every device, and test your lead capture app with Wi-Fi turned off.

Preparation tips for technology shows

• Prepare a two-minute demo that works offline; venue Wi-Fi at large tech shows is crowded and unreliable.
• Book meetings with target accounts two to four weeks out, since decision makers fill their calendars before they arrive.
• Have a technical teammate on every shift so detailed questions do not end the conversation.

Booth tips for TME 2027

• Lead with the problem you solve in plain words, then show the product; feature lists alone do not stop technical visitors.
• Run demos on a large screen facing the aisle so a small crowd can watch while one person drives.
• Note the visitor's current tools and timeline with each lead; those two details shape the whole follow-up.

Following up leads after TME 2027

Most of the value of a trade show is created after it closes. Tech buyers usually involve several people, so send material they can forward internally: a short summary, a demo recording and a clear next step.

   Send a short personal email to every hot lead. Mention one detail from your conversation so they remember you.
2. By Aug 13, 2027
   Send everything you promised at the booth: prices, samples, demo links. Log each lead in your CRM with its rating and notes.
3. By Aug 24, 2027
   Make a second, useful touch: a case study, a short video or an answer to the question they asked. Warm leads often reply to this one.
4. By Sep 9, 2027
   Review results: how many leads became meetings, what each lead cost, and whether TME 2027 is worth returning to.

Getting to Singapore

Changi Airport (SIN) is well connected by the MRT. Singapore EXPO is close to the airport at Expo MRT station, while Marina Bay Sands Expo and Suntec Singapore are in the city center. Taxis and ride-hailing are easy to find.
